This is my introduction to the Steemit community. It has been a while since I have been thinking about to start my steemit profile with a clear purpose: share part of my job and hobbies that it would help the community related with cryptocurrencies and Linux OS.

This is how everything starts in January 3 2009, the begging of the cryptocurrency universe. Unfortunately I discovered it last year, I heard about it before by a TED talk but at that moment in my mind it seemed kind of faraway to really have some uses, now when I see how it is starting to be popular specially after the boom in December 2017 and governments from all over the world trying to control it, the most important I had my experience using it, I realized how easy is to send money oversee in a couple of hours with low fee, brilliant.

I am technologist I started to work as a SysAdmin back 2012 mainly with Solaris OS, lately as a “DevOps” working with Ubuntu OS. I enjoy troubleshooting and find different ways to do something, in Linux is possible to find different ways to do the same thing.

I love the philosophy of blockchain and open source projects due they provide decentralization, this precious characteristics anyone could have access to them it does not matter where they are in the world or which is their name, country, age, gender, etc, it’s like Gold. This is the main reason I joined to steemit.
