La historia tiene lugar en un mundo donde más de la mitad de la población ha desarrollado superpoderes, surgiendo así héroes y villanos, tal como en los cómics, entre la minoría de personas sin superpoderes se encuentra Midoriya Izuku, cuyo mayor deseo es poder estudiar en la U.A. y convertirse en un héroe como su ídolo All Might.
Un día, tras conocer personalmente a All Might, este le ofrece heredar sus poderes al ver la gran determinación de Midoriya aunque no tenga poderes; desde entonces, Midoriya accede y empieza a estudiar en la U.A; donde hace nuevos amigos, conoce otros héroes profesionales, aprende a dominar sus poderes y hasta hacer frente a auténticos villanos.
La serie de anime es adaptada por el estudio BONES y constará de tres temporadas.

Fue transmitida durante la primavera japonesa de 2016 y tuvo 13 episodios.
Su opening es "The Day", interpretado por la banda Porno Graffiti, mientras que su ending es "Heroes", y es interpretado por Brian The Sun.
Es un excelente anime para ver y disfrutar desde mi punto de vista. Se los recomiendo a todos en esta gran comunidad.
