There are many ways to do that but by far the best way to attract new followers is to just be you.
Write real articles, don't do copy and paste jobs cause nobody likes to read that trash.
Put an effort into your posts. For instance, if you check out my latest post about beets you can see that I've actually researched many scientific studies and watched nutrition videos from a real doctor before writing the post and I also made a video that took me hours to complete. No one says you have to do that much, but at least show people that you are a real person who's worth something is not just a cheap miserable golddigger...
The Introduceyourself tag is for newcomers. If you keep posting with that you will keep getting flagged and will never get a big following no matter what you do.
Read other people's content. Find content you like and enjoy reading.
It will not only teach you new things, but will also give you new ideas for new posts!
Comment on other people's posts. Real comments, not retarded stuff like "you write good" lol.
Remember that while almost all of us want to make money, you can and will make a lot more money when you post about things you truly care about, and not just for the sake of making money.
Be persistent. Set long term goals and go for it! Don't do things for the now, but be patient. If you work well and your posts have value - you will succeed.
