Welcome to the cruel fish pond... just kidding, lots of nice people around here... I don't know how things are in India, but you'll likely need to work hard to generate a big amount of Steem Power in order to get decent cash... I'll LOVE to see some GOOD posts about online work, seriously. Also, there are many communities here in steemit with different POVs, mainly revolving around witnesses, this is a complex place, but I hope you survive here and have fun meeting nice people.
