My steemit journey begins today (17/05/18) and I believe everyone here will help me enjoy this ride. I am so happy to finally begin blogging. I've heard how interesting and fun-filled this great platform is, so I'm glad to be here. I welcome myself on-board.

My name is Abasiama Bassey. I hail from Nigeria, an indigene of Mbak Atai in ITU L.G.A, Akwa Ibom State. I was born in the month of September. I happen to be the first and eldest in my family so I seem to take and have so much responsibilities. I am currently a first year student studying English and Social studies in the College of Education, Afaha Nsit.

Brief Description of Me:

I am a beautifully made tall lady, and fair in complexion. My hobbies include singing, reading and watching movies and football. I am a LIVERPOOL fan. I tend to like people that have and carry positive vibes and not those with negative mindset. I love cooking cause I am a very good cook. If you get to taste any of my meals, your life will refuse to be the same.😎😃

My dreams🙏:

Right from my childhood days, I have had many dreams and aspirations and I am working earnestly towards achieving them. One of them is being a Teacher.

I don't just want to be a teacher, I want to be a mentor, role model and reference point to as many that come in contact with me. Owing to this, I long to build and establish a great citadel of learning where boys and girls will be groomed to be productive to their parents/guardians, their immediate societies and the world at large. I also plan on starting several scholarship schemes because I have come to discover that there are people who would have loved to be in school but money seem to be a barrier.

More so, I want to be a great and renowned singer who through songs would disseminate the gospel of JESUS. I believe I'll certainly achieve them with God by my side.

My Belief:

I believe that I can make it in life. I believe that I can be whosoever I want to be if and only if I have God and also believe as well as having faith in myself. Everyone has what it takes to be great , so don't limit yourself. Whether you are a boy or girl, you can succeed. Never give room for inferiority complex to set in.

I'll pause here for now, thanks to my friend @liltom and my able director @uyobong for introducing me to steemit. I heard from them that it is a great and rewarding platform. I look forward to seeing that as I will try my best to support and contribute to the growth of the blockchain.
