Hi @miguelang356, welcome to Steemit. I have seen one reaching 1000 followers in a month, @jerrybanfield even shot up to nearly 8k in less than two months. But he had already a large follership outside of Steemit. Personally I have reached 500 in my first month. I am sure you can do the same.
When I arrived on Steemit a few weeks ago I was very confused how this all works.
