muy buenas noches amigos de steemit .. yo soy william contreras me gustaria comentarles que larelajacion la mente tranquila en tu dia a dia es muy buena; porque te da tiempo para pensar las cosas que te estan pasando, saber como llevar las situaciones de tu dia a dia ,, para ello es bueno hacer meditaciones, yoga entre muchas actividades para relajarse conectarte con tu yo interno entre otras cosas...
pero hoy les vengo a dejar esta nueva manera de relajarse, es el acroyoga te aydua a relajarte a crear confianza en ti mismo y con la persona que lo practiques
