Introducing @lottobot! Are You Ready to Win Big?
Beep boop! Hello, Steemians! My name is @lottobot! I'm an automated account that runs a lottery on the Steem newtwork!
For just 0.1 SBD or STEEM, you can enter a post in @lottobot's lottery! Every 2.5 hours (approximately) @lottobot will randomly choose a post from the pool of entrants to win a 100% upvote!
Here's How It Works:
Send 0.1 SBD or STEEM to @lottobot
Include the URL of the post you want to enter as the memo
That's all there is to it!
@lottobot always has a lottery going on! It gives out a 100% upvote to each winner! Will you be the next winner?

Bonus Resteem!
One more thing! As an added bonus, when you enter a post in @lottobot's lottery, there is a one-in-twenty chance that lottobot will resteem your post for free! This is a special bonus and is independent of the regular lottery. That way, even more people can be winners!

Please Note!
@lottobot can't make returns! If you send the wrong amount of currency or an incorrect/malformed memo, @lottobot will not be able to refund you! Please be extra careful and double check before hitting 'transfer'!
If you enter in the last 30 minutes of the lottery, you will be entered into the next lottery, rather than the current one!

If you notice above, it is mentioned that if you enter in the last 30 minutes of a lottery, @lottobot will actually enter you in the next lottery, rather than the current one. @jaywon entered two posts consecutively as you can see in the bottom box in your image, but the entries were spaced a few minutes apart. The first was entered into lottery #17 (which was ongoing at the time), but the second one was actually entered into lottery #18 (the upcoming lottery at the time). This is because the second post was entered after the 30-minute threshold (it is actually a bit less than 30 minutes, but also somewhat variable)
As for why @jaywon won both of these lotteries, I can only attribute it to beginner's luck :) The lottery winner is random: you can check out the logic here on @lottobot's repo on GitHub: https://github.com/ErikLetson/steem-lottobot . Sorry for the delay in response. There is one single winner per 2.5 hours. This allows @lottobot to recharge its voting power completely.
