Correct 50% less curation. The votes currently will be timed around 17-18 minutes so you are recouping a good chunk of the curation too.

Unclaimed votes: Each user is assigned a number on our tracking spreadsheet and we were thinking of assigning random 50% upvotes.

We will also use some of the unused power to build the network of @minnowbuilder accounts stronger. So self voting of posts of the accounts posts.

If we find that we are nowhere near correct in using 7 average posts per week (which will happen IMO) we have plans to lower this which would increase the average voting power. But didn't want to start with the assumption that people would be posting 5.8x per week and then have to take away part of the vote. It was our opinion that starting at worst case and then improving was a much better way to go.

Down the road once we have other plans, but would rather not dangle a carrot we can't deliver for right now.
