Empezamos!
Primero que nada me llamo Anais Zanotti tengo 34 años de edad soy una mujer muy muy activa Venezolana pero actualmente vivo en miami soy entrenadora personal me encanta estar en forma me gustan las artes marciales son un exelente distractor por que hago mi post en español por que es mi lengua natal justo ahora soy modelo y entrenadora personal me esfuerzo mucho en mi trabajo vivo sola y me esfuerzo mucho aqui les dejo una foto :3
En general me encanta vivir momentos en los que sienta que estoy aprovechando mi vida, compartiendo con mis amigos y mi familia, haciendo cosas que probablemente no se repitan en un futuro. A esta edad se llega a vivir con esa sensación de "Ahora o nunca", lo que hace que cada decisión cuente.
Como cosas tan puntuales como comer bien, estar bien y hacer ejercicio.
COMO ENCONTRE STEEMIT?
Hace algunas semanas, una de mis vecinas de la residencia donde me hospedo, me hablo de Steemit y me fue explicando a fondo el funcionamiento de esta ingeniosa comunidad. Tras varios días leyendo al respecto y gracias a los consejos de mi vecina, quien es usuario activo, por fin he decidido hacer mi primer post siguiendo la tradición de empezar con el tag.
Y me gustaria que vean mis rutinas espero les guste y pueda ayudar !
