Hello Steemit
I am starting this blog as I transition from an abusive marriage. As of today I am still in the abusive relationship, but am consulting a psychologist to devise an escape plan.
I am the target of an emotionally abusive covert narcissist spouse. The purpose of this blog is to start healing spiritually and emotionally by writing down my pain, and hopefully provide some help for others who suffer from narcissistic abuse syndrome.
the abuse from a covert narcissist is an unbelievably difficult thing to even come to terms with, let alone deal or live with. Please follow me on my new journey to self awareness, and healing.
In my next post I will tell my story the best I can, then follow up with things I learn about narcissism, and protecting yourself.
