RE: Introducing The Philadelphia Spin Coalition

Welcome to Steemit. I've heard great things from @treblemakur. I recommend not duplicating content from your site. Steemit values originality and it's better produce original content or remix your content.

It doesn't look good if Cheetah is on your post.

Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. I recommend using Busy.org, D.tube, and Dlive.io. Busy is the same as Steem but with a better newer UI and it gives you a slider bar to control you Voting Power, which as a new account you should pay attention to. Dtube has a huge content that supports daily content. I highly recommend D.Tube for what you do. Use and join #DTubeDaily and become a part of there community. Also, Dlive allows you live stream or upload video directly.

Voting Power and Steem Power directly relates to the amount of bandwidth you have on here so if you vote to much your votes will be worth nothing and you may have limitations using the platform.

Lastly, bidbots are a double edge sword which I see you're using. As a new user it's better for you to learn the platform and grow organically the first few weeks because you may not understand the math and algorithms behind them. Also, bots are not all the the same as you see in your thread here. So give vote for bid others try to prevent plagiarism and some more.

Great content, but refine your style a bit. Steemit is not a copy and paste or a mere duplication site. I hope you enjoy and I look forward to see more from you.

It is a bit confusing and excessive for our organization to post content across 6 different social media platforms but make content exclusively for the Steemit platform. All of the content we posted/will post is our own, original works. Can someone truly cheat with themselves?

BUT in hind site, Steemit is a different kind of social media platform than all of us are used to. If we are going to play the Steemit game, it makes sense that we must play by Steemit rules. Thank you for the heads up and the insight.

@spinco - welcome to Steemit! Please don't listen to @nwjordan here - there is no such "Steemit rule" and there's absolutely nothing wrong with reposting your content to the Steem platform, and I would say it's actually encouraged!

There is definitely an issue here with people reposting other people's content, which is obviously quite bad, but nothing wrong with sharing your own content here.

Also not sure if you know but there is actually a Philadelphia Steem group called #steemphilly! We're small but growing, and you can feel free to use the #steemphilly tag on your posts so the group can see them.

Please reach out if you have any questions or need any help with anything, and I will definitely check out your website and maybe make it out to some of your events!

Thank you very much @yabapmatt for that information and introducing us to #steemphilly. Our goal is unite the city of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas through movement arts. Now that we are on the steemit platform #steemitphilly sounds like the next logical step! We look forward to having you join us at an event!

Understandable. You can't cheat yourselves but the community and the bots will recognize duplication. Remix the content or change the format. It's great content, but you don't want to be defending yourself about plagiarism or being blacklisted by certain accounts and bots. In turn causing your account to lose reputation and more.

I understand it's hard producing for 6 social media, but intent and authenticity can still be maintained. If it's difficult reach out to your community to help you with the content. You seem like the type of community that could upload video or such daily as a team. Use that to your advantage.

You want to come across as a community and human. Or at least that's the way it seem. Posting on DTube, Dlive, and Remixed content does this best for your type of account. It will all still appear on you Steemit account. I highly recommend this. Many steemians are paying off debt, growing their account fast, supporting themselves full time and more via Steem, but I will say that most accounts don't get to that point merely duplicating content.
