Como un estilo de vida puede afectar o beneficiar el autoestima de una persona, asi como tambien que se pueda llevar un mensaje a un despertar de conciencias y las personas puedan reprogramar sus habitos pero mas importante aun transformar todas sus creencias limitantes, que los han afectado en este sentido.
