The @pifc judges will be selecting the steemians who will be in the Minnow Building Program. There will be a limited number of slots per account to make sure that we are able to give large upvote to each of them and move them up the ranks as quickly as possible.

As the @pifc judges will be doing the selection most will come from the community. Stronger those who are curating content each week are the more good we can do as a community. It's a snowball effect as to the benefits of this program.
