My Introduction

Hi Steemians, my name is Robert Woei. I’ve been on Steemit approximately for a week now and also new to the Crypto world. I held back a little on my introduction because, I’m still learning on how everything works and I have to say, I’m very impressed. There are a lot of interesting, usefully and high quality contents posted here. I can definitely see Steemit being a total game changer and revolutionizing the Social Media era. I’m so glad I found this great community and I think I can contribute to this community with some good content of my own.

So here is a little about myself, I am 35 years old Personal Trainer ASFA Certified (American Sports & Fitness Association) based out of Nutley, N.J. Cooking and creating healthy meals is also my passion. I first got into Fitness in my freshman year of High School. In High School, Basketball was my thing. I would play every chance I had; at times I would play for 6 hours none stop. One thing I learned was that, I had great endurance. I wanted to use that energy to bulk up, so I got into weight lifting.

As the years passed, I found myself more and more fascinated by the rapid results I have gained. From start, I weighted about 125 lbs and being 5 foot 11 inches ( I was SKINNY) In about 2 years, I gained almost 50 lbs of lean muscles and I did it all natural (no supplements) I knew I was on to something because, all my friends that were into weight training was taking Creatine, Protein, weight gainers etc. Great thing about all of this, I documented all my progresses. All my work out routines, healthy meals and dietary plans which I share to all my clients and like I said earlier, I have some great contents to share with you guys ;)
