EXPORT ASSISTANT

We are a US-based export company currently working in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
We are looking for a part-time export assistant who will be working directly with the Director and other stakeholders including the importers, the bank, freight forwarders, shipping lines, material suppliers, etc. This job is suitable for last year students majoring in foreign trade or professionals in the import-export industry who want to work part-time and flextime. You will meet the director once or twice a week to update task status. Apart from that, you can work from home as long as you meet the deadline and get the job done.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mostly job scope entails preparing paperwork for the exporter in conformity with LC terms and conditions; but ultimately ensuring the exporter get paid. You may also be assigned with negotiating sales contact and Letter of Credit; English - Vietnamese translation and interpretation; setting up meetings; preparing presentations, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Good English proficiency
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Adaptive with learning mindset
• Knowledge in import-export field and personal assistance is preferred
