I like this, sometimes it's really just about asking the right questions...

I also believe that "we attract on what we're focussing on"... and it's so easy to focus on "what we don't want"... as if it's a thinking habit kicked into our brains since childhood.

on the other hand, there's almost some guilt and shame about our desires... maybe it's just a cultural thing of where I'm from, but I can definitely see this..
