I think in our life we all face the problem "OVERTHINKING". And some of us can identify the problem. And most of us can't identify it. Even they mean that it is helpful for their property. But the matter of sorrow is that either you can identify the problem or not. You just can't stop it.

Why we do overthink--


1. Control over everythink-


We the human always want to control everything. Even our own emotion that should be like the flow of water. Emotion can't be control by forcing more power against your subconscious mind. It will be unexpressed but not vanished.

2. Past failure-


We often fall into the way of past failure. In an specific task, we may be failed. But, even if after some year this occasion or task come to you, then your memory remind the past situation and force you to feel in that way as you felt.

3. Idleness-


Idleness is the root of unhappiness. When you don't complete your task in appropriate work, you take more enough burden and for the excessive burden your mind starts to run away from the responsibility. Then overthinking starts.

4. Hormonal problem-


When less dooamin secrets from the brain, it starts to feel unhappiness in yourself and tend to run away from the task and responsibilities.

Recovery:


1.So first of all accept your emotional state. Don't fight with it. Then observe what you are overthinking clearly. But don't judge them. Just see them , observe how they look, what is their shape etc
2.Do not ever think that all you are overthinking is be your decision. they are the clouds of your mind. Let them be dropped. Again the sky of your mind will be shiny than ever. Don't overthink about overthinking.
3.Don't be an idle person. It not only create overthinking. It also demage your mental, physical and psychological world.
4.Don't be feared about past bad incident. Always give yourself affirmation. Because past incident was out of control from yourself. But today you are very strong enough to handle any situation.

If overthinking is very out of control, then you should consult with a specialist. And just to remember, life is one. In this life you don't have time for overthinking.
