My Introduction - I look forward to sharing my successes and knowledge!

Hello Steemit World,

My name is Tyson and I first registered on steemit around 18 months ago and wrote a few articles, one that was highly picked up, but was a bit too busy at the time expanding my company and focused on that instead of steemit and crypto. I am originally from the US, but am based in Japan now. I am really passionate about seeing the potential in people and helping them overcome their mental limitations and this passion has been a big reason for the success of my company (from 2 - 80 staff in 4 years).

“This picture is from my trip to Cambodia where I purchased snacks in Japan to give to the children who were asking for money. My thought was that I wanted to give the children something they wanted instead of giving them money, which was more for the parents benefit (somewhat for the child as well). The child dropped her basket and enjoyed a nice 10 minute break snacking!”

I was originally introduced to decentralized society and anarcho capitalism through Stefan Molyneux (from the start), Austrian school of economics, Larken Rose, and a lot of others when those forms of thinking was picking a lot of steam (pun intended), but I started to believe that this was not possible based on the current level of empathy of the human race. I knew a society of free society was possible, but based on the level of emotional awareness in society in general, I thought any attempts to make a large decentralized society would be corrupted as we have seen power naturally concentrate using the principles of the pareto principle.

Since I lost interest in helping society as a whole, I was interested in seeing I could make a company and see the effects of helping people develop more emotional awareness and to see if we could create a culture where if we continue to increase the percentage of people who do actions based on self-love and care, it would lead to the next generation of employees even achieving this growth quicker. I have seen hints of this and I am really passionate about sharing my knowledge in helping people to the steemit community. I am also interested in writing articles about overcoming common mental limitations, false barriers, and unproductive mindsets based on what I have seen. I would also be interested in offering coaching on entrepreneurship and business building in return for cryptocurrency on a one to one basis.

I am also passionate about creating the next generation of companies where profit is important, but where companies also invest a lot in the overall development of their employees (health, mindset, career skills, and communication skills) and I figured I could have a much larger potential to help people if I shared my knowledge publicly.

I also have a lot of experience solving complex problems and have outgrown my social network in 5 stages and I moving on to stage 6 where my immediate social network is with those who have experience in managing 100 - 500 people and multiple teams. I am not saying this to brag, but for the purpose of showing those who have outgrown their current social network that you will have to repeat this process multiple times in your life and that I would interested in writing articles about this topic because the more complex problems you have solved, the more deeply you can view humans as a network of individuals interacting for their own self-interest and see all the possibilities of what people can achieve together :).... if you create alignment, communicate, and execute that plan.

My only challenge is in finding exposure and an audience and I hoping that writing this introduction post will help expand my audience at @tysonb and it would encourage me to dedicate more time to this platform as opposed to focusing on my company. You can take a look at some of my other posts and if there are areas of entrepreneurship you would like me to cover, I would interested in sharing my thoughts!

@welcoming - thanks for inspiring me to write this post

Hi Tyson

Hello, Tyson, and welcome back to Steemit.

In the past year or so, you may have missed out on some great Steemit growth, but as long as you've continued growing and evolving yourself, that's great.

Your goals sound ambitious. Hopefully, you can effect some great changes in your world, and in the broader world around you.

From my experience over the past 6 months (my time on Steemit), here are some points that I've compiled about making attractive and high-quality posts.

  1. Longer posts are more lucrative than short posts. If you make a post of 20–30 paragraphs, it's more likely to earn rewards.
  2. Include some photos, images or graphs, to complement the text.
  3. Make sure the text and photos are formatted properly, so that your post looks attractive and appealing.
  4. Be yourself.
  5. Be interesting and informative.
  6. Create quality content. Steemit is intended to be a platform of quality content. (You will see many insignificant posts with meager content and no quality. Most of those of posts [called “shitposts” by Steemit whale Stellabelle] will earn few rewards and soon pass into oblivion.)
  7. Get online and start curating. Read various posts, comment on those posts you find interesting, and upvote those posts. That’s the best way to attract followers.

Hope this helps for now. Good luck, and Full Steem Ahead!

@majes.tytyty That is some excellent feedback. Thanks for giving me and whoever reads your post guidance on how to make the most out of this excellent platform. Cheers to you.

My pleasure. One more point. Submitting photos in the various photo contests is a great way to earn a bit of Steem and to attract followers. Here are links to 2 contests.

@photocontests, organized by @juliank
#tepchallenge, organized by @theexplorer

With those contests, short posts are fine. But if you enter a photo, it's a good idea to add some text about the photo, to give it some meat and make it a bit more interesting.

Cheers!

I give you a comment and a vote! Please do for me as well.

Hello there! Welcome to steemit :) that's a very nice introduction and stating your goals :)... Hoping to read more posts from you soon!

Nice to hear from you nickey and you were the first real poster :)

I read a few of your old post and I must say the topics are interesting.. so, I'm really hoping you'd post again soon. And you're currently living in japan! I always wanted to visit that place. Hehe.

Japan is a really interesting place :) - it is impressive how organized they are and how structured everything is. The food is excellent too!
