Why I'm Getting Excited About Palnet.io!!
STEEM just turned into the movie Inception with the introduction of Palnet.io, that is to say that we are now living a dream within a dream...
How so, you might ask?
Palnet.io is a clone of Steemit condenser, and it is so spanking new that it still embodies Steemit's papers and references all over it. It builds upon the concept of tokening STEEM into limitless use cases and addresses the possibility of expanding into niche communities. Every community can now have their own Steemit-clone thanks to Steem-Engine.com
So what's the big deal??
For content creators, Palnet serves as a test case of something beautiful... you can now clone yourself. Anything you post on Palnet.io is seen on BOTH steemit.com and Palnet.io! More importantly, one is dually rewarded in both Steem earned via steemit condenser and via PAL earned on Palnet.io. Logins are still conducted using your same STEEM keys.
Ok, so what?
For a STEEM investor, the implication is more so.
What makes this amazing is that you are now witnessing the evolution of how STEEM can colonize the Internet.

We want to make sure that whatever we build can self sustain and provide the services we always have, more efficiently. Beyond that, it's steem and pal to the moon, or to wherever they take us. There will be lots to come, with a visual refresh, and new ways to move around the platform and integrations. I'm excited to see you've tried it out. A good way to think of it is like a companion and expansion to Steem!
Everything you do here will be reflected on Steem interfaces as well; if you hold PALcoin staked, it's like powering up your Steem into SP. It will allow you to allocate rewards in both tokens while voting on content all over this front end, and all Steem front ends if the palnet tagged is used. Overall, we're just really excited to try to get people excited about engaging, sharing, and being social again. It's a big experiment that we're pretty stoked to be be a part of, so thanks for taking a look at it and sharing your thoughts!
