Good day STEEMIT! Warm Greetings to All! It's great to try this NEW, different, challenging yet interesting way to be COUNTED IN.

As the saying goes, "The journey to a thousand miles begins with a SINGLE STEP." I'm glad to have made that FIRST STEP. Looking forward to keep going and make the NEXT steps ahead.

I'm happy to have known STEEMIT. I'm thankful to be able to join #steemphnegros and #steemunity. I'm excited to meet you here. I would like to thank @stewart-suarez and @bobiecayao for showing to me the beauty of STEEMIT.

My name is Werlin @werlin-abregonde. I was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, known as the Queen City of the South. Currently, I'm based in the Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Phils., the City of Gentle People. I'm married to @rachiel who made it possible for me to get to know STEEMIT. Together with @flowlikewateral, I've seen the wonderful possibilities in STEEMIT. I wasn't that interested at first until the opportunity was shared to me.

Curiosity followed upon learning a new way to share thoughts and views through blogging at the same time getting rewarded by it. That prompted me to join and hop in. I told myself, "I have nothing to lose, why not give it a try." Thanks for sharing to me this platform.

My friends at ICOC-Dumaguete has been instrumental in making me join STEEMIT. Reading their blogs and learning from what STEEMIT brings opened my eyes to a whole new dimension. "This is something new and interesting!", I said to myself. Getting to know them better has encouraged me to get in and be drafted also.

I have been wondering about how to develop my skills in writing or blogging as the new terminology is now. At some point, I taught writing and did documenting on certain events and activities but wasn't really able to consistently do it until STEEMIT came. I have worked on jobs that involved proof reading and editing and have also been teaching the English language to students of other Asian countries like Korea and China but I was still searching for other ways to develop those different skill sets.

Presently, I'm working as a customer service representative at QUALFON, Philippines assisting customers from the USA on their communication needs together with my good friend and brother in Christ @flowlikewateral.

Working online has fascinated me and has been my source of living for quite some time now. I believe it isn't a bad idea to add more to the skills I've already acquired at the same time earning from it. Everyone of us has untapped talents and skills and I believe enhancing them would surely help us reach our full potential. I'm excited of being able to share this opportunity to others.

It's great to Add to my Learning the chance that STEEMIT affords. I want to share my experiences, stories and views in this journey I will have with you. This may have been long over due but I believe there's always a right time for everything. Thanks for welcoming me. Looking forward to know and learn from you too. More power to all STEEMians for a job well done.
