- Użytkownicy sieci nie lubią plagiatów, oszustw, promowania piramid finansowych i obrażania innych. Warto mieć to na uwadze publikując wpis.
- Jeśli wpis zawiera duże dawki wulgaryzmów, pornografii i treści dla dorosłych, rozważ użycie tagu nsfw.

Polecam skorzystać z infomacji podanych przez Hellobota. Zapoznanie się z linkowanymi tam treściami bardzo pomoże Ci w prowadzeniu konta.
Na Steem bardzo ważne jest tagowanie. Za używanie tagów niezgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem można dostać flagę (miss-categorized content or spam). Tag #polish ma społeczność i ustaloną zasadę, że publikujemy w nim po polsku.
To nie jest wykop ani inny serwis, w którym dzielisz się znalezionymi w sieci treściami. Kopiowanie treści stworzonych przez kogoś innego to plagiat. Jeżeli chcesz pisać o bieżących wydarzeniach i zarabiać na tym, musisz mieć prawa do tekstu, co znaczy, że po prostu musisz napisać go sam.
