Basically, you will want to go through and read other people's posts. You can comment and upvote their posts. You have to watch your Resource Credits when you post and don't let it go down much below 80%. For your voting, try not to go below 80% as well. You can check your usuage at https://steemd.com/@bouk. It takes a little while for the RC and Voting Power to build back up.
