THE TWO SKILLS THAT MAKE INTROVERTS BETTER AS SALES PERSONS

There has been this conventional believe that extroverts are the ones who do better as sales persons
Infact, one of the non-elective qualities that most sales managers do look out for in employees will be likened to something like this

'Does he talk tough?
'Can he talk straight into the pants of customers?
'Does he have that catchy eyes and sticky tongue that can make a customer buy the things he or she does not even like to buy?'
'Im sure he must be pretty good at cold calling'
Hmm, as good as these may sound, remember I addressed them as conventional ways, and really that's what they are.

In today's world, most customers do give a piggy eye to any sales person who talks too much and tries to woo them.

To them (customers), these (sales) people look more like fraudsters, those who will dip their shitty hands into their(customers) tiny pocket and jet off with their earnings, and compensate them with cheapjack products.

Now put yourself in the shoes of a customer, what do you expect from that person who wants to sale that mobile phone or make-up kits to you?

We need that sales person who can listen to us, who places more importance to our slow-mouthed speech than his sugar-coated spiel.

We need a sales man who can LISTEN
Fortunately, it is a no-brainer for introverts to listen, while most extroverts need it.

It doesn't end in listening, customers need more of your caring. How can the product help in solving the problem of the customer?

This is where thinking becomes HIGH-FALUTIN

How much time do your have for your thinking?

This means that introverts have the propensity to think more than Extroverts.

And we know that the DOOR OF THINKING USHERS IN THE ROOM OF CREATIVITY

This means that those who think more has more chances of being more creative.

And when this creativity is applied in the field of sales, it does nothing less than making customers Happy.!
