Market continues to see bad news as good news as it makes thr Fed wait longer but some of the data is still impacted by a number of non recurring issues from last quarter from the shutdown. Will be interesting to see how economic metrics perform this month.

This is exactly right. Investors assume that the Fed will make the same mistakes, they have made in the past. My guess is they will not make this mistake a third time . The next mistake will be about something they have not seen or done before. managing a balance sheet this size is something they have not done before. This is where it could come from. One of the talking heads described the balance sheet testimony from Powell as "Oops moment" . We ain't seen nothing yet!!!
