Eternal rules have been created and there have never been changes, despite technological developments
as fast as it is today.

Every human being must look for rules that never change even though developments continue to occur in the line of life.
because following rules that have no change is the only way to heaven, but on the other hand if you continue to follow the ever-changing rules it will ensnare and be shackled.
