Adherence to the elders and worship of the elders!
Surely Allah (SWT) has sent down the true religion, and He (SWT) has sent Ambiya (PBUH) to convey it to His servants in the right way!
There is no prophet after the last prophet, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), so he has inherited the ulama 'as the bearer of knowledge!
The Qur'an and Sunnah is the excuse for the obedience of the scholars and the Aqabis! Who first mentioned this subject in the case of obedience to Allah (SWT)! Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.
وَاَطِيّعُوا اللّٰهَ وَالرَّسُوۡلَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ
And obey Allah and the Messenger, that you may obtain mercy.
So we should be very careful about what the Qur'an and Sahih Sunnah say about whom we will obey. If the Qur'an and Sunnah tell us to obey, then we will obey those who are under its control, including Ulul Amr! And if he is the exception, we will not obey him, even if he is the greatest scholar in the world!
If any Ulul Amr or Aqab calls us to them against the Qur'an and Sunnah, then it is our religious duty to boycott them! Because obedience to creation is never permissible in disobedience to God, it exists in a clear hadith!
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says ..
وَلَا تُطِيۡعُوۡۤا َۡمۡرَ الۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
"And do not obey the command of transgressors."
So it is clear who we will obey or not!
اتخذوا احبارهم ورهبانهم اربابا من دون الله والمسیح ابن مریم وما امروا الا لیعبدوا الها واحدا لا اله الا هو سبحنه عما یشركون
They have taken God as their lord, and their scholars and apostates, and the Messiah, son of Mary. But they are commanded to worship one God, there is no god but He. Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)!
When Adi Ibn Hatim heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, recite this verse, "They have taken their scholars and saints as their lords besides Allah." (Surat at-Tawba: 31)
Then, Adi bin Hatim (he had not yet become a Muslim) asked: O Muhammad! Muhammad (pbuh) said: ‘Do not the scholars and saints change what Allah has made lawful and what He has made unlawful? And don't people blindly believe it? Adi bin Hatim replied; Yes, I mean, then Muhammad (pbuh) said; That is to worship them (Musnad Ahmad, Tirmidhi called it Hasan) 6
The things that can be learned from the hadith: Obedience as a means of worship is a special kind of obudiyah.
If a person is obeyed even after he is in conflict with the law of Allah, then he is actually worshiped. Because obedience is the means of worshiping Allah, and obedience is the means of worshiping Allah.
To follow those who oppose the law of Allah among the scholars and servants means to establish them as lords [excluding Allah].
Focusing on the ongoing issue, we think that meeting missiles are never G! Had, making any demands to Taghut is not a jihad! Rather, declaring Taghut as Taghut and waging an armed war against it after taking full preparation is Ji! Had fi Sabilillah!
