Eccomi qua a parlare nuovamente di mostri.
In discovery -it avevo affrontato il tema delle figure mostruose sulle cattedrali gotiche, riconducibili nello stesso tempo a simboli di protezione e monito contro il peccato.
Oggi il tema dei mostri è molto diverso dal precedente, lo narro partendo da un mio lavoro pittorico, con gessetti, carboncino e acquarello, dove rappresento una lotta tra figure.
Non voglio indicare quello che è raffigurato nel dipinto, spero che guardiate il video con i particolari e se volete commentate.
In questo mio ultimo lavoro,non ho cercato di dare visibilità alla bellezza o all'estetica ma alla capacità di noi uomini di dare forma o concetto a delle immagini. Ognuno di noi può tranquillamente vedere in una forma bidimensionale una immagine che richiama altri contenuti, spesso connotati di carattere differente da quello che vede un altro fruitore.

Lo stesso possiamo dire per i mostri che albergano le nostre menti, sono mere forme, sensoriali o gruppi di associazioni, come i ricordi, che sfociano in emozioni, intense, talvolta drammatiche.

Le arti da sempre, veicolano e determinano emozioni, noi ci emozioniamo ascoltando musica, leggendo un libro o guardando un film o un quadro.
In psicologia, l'approccio attivo alle arti produce effetti benefici e lenitivi contro la depressione o altre forme di malattie psichiche più o meno gravi.
Nelle nostre menti i mostri esistono, sono sempre esistiti, hanno ragione di esistere in quanto esorcismi di contraddizioni interiori e vissuti parossistici.
Sono nascosti, reconditamente infimi, ma potrebbero emergere in superficie d'improvviso.
Se dovessero presentarsi allora, identifichiamole, sono le emozioni negative: la paura, la rabbia il disgusto, la tristezza cupa, le possiamo combattere con i mezzi più naturali e umanamente possibili, la forza delle ARTI.

Here I am talking again about monsters.
In discovery -it I had dealt with the theme of the monstrous figures on Gothic cathedrals, which at the same time were symbols of protection and a warning against sin.
Today the theme I narro starting from my pictorial work, with chalks, charcoal and watercolor, where I represent a fight between figures.
I do not want to indicate what is depicted in the painting, I hope you watch the video with the details and if you want to comment.
In my last work, I have not tried to give visibility to beauty or aesthetics but to the ability of us men to give shape or concept to images. Each of us can safely see in a two-dimensional form an image that recalls other contents, often connotations of a different character from that seen by another user.

The same can be said for the monsters that harbor our minds, they are mere forms, sensory or groups of associations, like memories, which lead to emotions, intense, sometimes dramatic.
The arts have always conveyed and determined emotions, we get excited by listening to music, reading a book or watching a film or a picture.
In psychology, the active approach to the arts produces beneficial and soothing effects against depression or other forms of more or less serious mental illness.
In our minds the monsters exist, they have always existed, they have reason to exist as exorcisms of inner contradictions and paroxysmal experiences.
They are hidden, reconditionally small, but they could emerge suddenly on the surface.
If they were to show up then, let's identify them, are the negative emotions: fear, anger, disgust, gloomy sadness, we can fight them with the most natural and humanly possible means, the strength of ARTS.
