Like you said sincerity is a rare character found in human, especially humans of today. Insincerity has become so commonplace that people have gotten used to it and it drowns the belief of the existence of sincere people almost to the point of the sincere man doubting himself or wondering if its worth it. And yet there is a constant search for the sincere man to partner with in business, relationship, religion, politics and lifestyle.

So what then? For the sanity of the human race to be kept or have hope, the sincere man just has to encourage himself to try his best to remain sincere for the sake of himself and generations yet unborn. Sometimes the rewards are not encouraging so its a life of sacrifice. So strange I tell you my brother.
