Gusti di Frontiera nella magica cornice di Gorizia ITA-ENG
"Buona Sera Amici di Steemit. Oggi vi parlerò di un grandissimo Evento che si e tenuto nella magica città di Gorizia.
Vi parlerò del famosissimo evento chiamato Gusti di Frontiera una kermesse a dir poco fantastica dove i sapori di tutto il mondo si trovano in un unico posto appunto Gorizia.
Dal 26 al 29 settembre il Mondo è nuovamente in tavola a Gorizia con ben 413 stand enogastronomici distribuiti in 20 location, tra Borghi geografici e percorsi tematici.
Un Mappamondo di sapori, profumi e colori a cui si aggiunge, quest'anno, la grande novità del Borgo Africa!
Arrivarci non e assolutamente difficile visto i mezzi pubblici messi a disposizione l'unica problematica la troveranno chi utilizzerà il proprio mezzo tra Auto o Moto per arrivarci PARCHEGGIARE E ASSOLUTAMENTE UNA MISSION IMPOSSIBLE haha lol xd.
Gusti di Frontiera 2019 si attesta già dai numeri come l’edizione dei record.
Circa 800.000 mila persone da ogni angolo d'italia o nazioni limitrofe come la Slovenia o Austria presenti migliaia di stand per chi vuole differenziare il proprio modo di mangiare.
Viene considerato in assoluto il maggior numero di sempre. Viste le richieste in costante aumento, gli organizzatori sono riusciti a soddisfare un numero davvero straordinario di partecipanti ed espositori in rappresentanza di ben 54 Paesi di tutti i continenti, distribuiti in circa 20 location, tra Borghi geografici e percorsi tematici. Non mancheranno anche quest’anno celebri chef e personalità di spicco del mondo enogastronomico e culturale all’interno del Salotto del Gusto, così come personaggi dello spettacolo dal vivo.
Numerosi gli ospiti di rilievo tra cui la conosciuta "cantante goriziana" Tish (Tijana Boric) tra le più amate protagoniste dell’ultima edizione del talent show “Amici”, che taglierà il nastro della 16^ edizione nel pomeriggio di giovedì 26 settembre e si esibirà in concerto a conclusione dell’inaugurazione.
Dopo le novità della scorsa edizione con l'introduzione - oltre che di Australia, Nuova Zelanda e Siria - del Camerun e del Marocco sarà proprio l'Africa la grande new entry di quest'anno, protagonista di un nuovo Borgo geografico che proporrà le ricette e i piatti tipici di Tunisia, Madagascar, Nigeria, Senegal, Costa D’Avorio, Etiopia, Egitto e altri paesi del Nord Africa, dell’Africa meridionale e centrale per un totale di 19 stand.
Potremmo assaggiare come il platano lo yam tanto per citarne quelli più famosi
Il Borgo Africasi snoderà nel tratto di Corso Verdi adiacente al Museo di Santa Chiara e alla Posta Centrale, ospiterà anche la novità della precedente edizione con lo stand dedicato all’Australia, dove si potranno assaggiare burger di canguro, zebra, griglia di carne di cammello.
Spicca tra le presenze già confermate quella dello chef Antonio Lamberto MartinoGastronomo, panificatore, critico gastronomico e tecnico della degustazione Mediterranea, Antonio Martino è un profondo conoscitore della materia prima e del cibo inteso come collocazione territoriale. Universalmente riconosciuto come “Il Re dei lieviti” tra le sue mani tutto fermenta. Dottore in Scienza dell'Alimentazione e della Gastronomia che fa da vademecum ai migliori Chef di Italia nel mondo,
Al workshop parteciperanno anche scuole e istituti professionali.
Abbiamo camminato tra migliaia di Persone ogni stand era una gioia per gli occhi avevamo davvero l' imbarazzo della scelta io lo consiglio perché non troviamo soltanto la nostra beneamata cucina Italiani ma possiamo provare sapori diversi e unici

La folla che ha invaso Gorizia ha raggiunto picchi altissimi: una marea umana che ordinatamente si è riversata nelle vie e nelle piazze del centro tra cibo, musica e balli scatenati in un’atmosfera di festa fino a tarda notte. Grande l’apprezzamento per le specialità esotiche e di casa nostra, per i momenti d’intrattenimento e l’alta qualità complessiva dell’offerta culinaria.

We walked among thousands of people every stand was a feast for the eyes we were really spoiled for choice I recommend it because we do not find only our beloved Italian cuisine but we can try different and unique flavors.

The crowd that invaded Gorizia reached very high peaks: a human tide that poured neatly into the streets and squares of the center between food, music and dancing unleashed in a festive atmosphere until late into the night. Great appreciation for exotic specialties and our home, for the moments of entertainment and the overall high quality of the culinary offer.
