Fegato di vitello

Con questo post oggi parteciperò al contest di steemit-italia dove si chiede di parlare del fegato in qualsiasi forma ed io ovviamente vi presenterò una ricetta. Non a tutti piace, ma lo sapevate che il fegato è una delle frattaglie più diffusa sulle tavole degli italiani?!? Con pochi minuti portate a tavola un piatto ricco di proteine ad alto valore biologico, minerali (calcio-ferro-rame-fosforo) e vitamine (A-complesso B-C-D). Ma andiamo subito alla ricetta del fegato di vitello con burro e salvia .
- 500g Fegato di vitello
- 80g Farina
- 130g Burro
- 8 Foglie di salvia
- Sale/Pepe
Iniziate passando le fettine di fegato di vitello nella farina.
In una padella, a fuoco medio, fate rosolare qualche foglia di salvia con il burro.
Appena sarà pronto unite il fegato e fate rosolare su ciascun lato per circa 3 minuti, condite con sale e pepe a piacimento.
Aggiungete le restanti foglie di salvia e fate terminare la cottura.
Quando il fegato di vitello sarà pronto impiattare versando sopra il composto di burro e salvia della cottura.
Ed ecco qui il fegato di vitello con burro e salvia è pronto. Eeee....buon appetito.
CONSIGLIO:
Potete accompagnare i fegatini di vitello con delle patate lesse (condite con aglio e sedano) o con della verdura lessa o a vapore.

È un po’ difficile usare la loro Dapp scritta in cinese, ma con un po’ di pratica (e sbagliando) s’impara.
