Oggi vi propongo gli gnocchi (fatti da me) con una buonissima crema di melanzane. Provo a scriverlo anche in inglese ma non vi aspettate un inglese perfetto.
Vediamo insieme come prepararli.

• TEMPO DI PREPARAZIONE: 1.30h circa
• TEMPO DI COTTURA: 30minuti
• INGREDIENTI per 2 persone:
(per l'impasto)
~ 5 patate medie
~ 1 uovo
~ 400g farina
(per la crema di melanzane):
~ 1 melanzana grande
~ 200g philadelphia
~ 15 pomodorini
~ basilico
~ cipolla-aglio
~ sale-pepe

(for the dough)
~ 5 medium potatoes
~ 1 egg
~ 400g flour
(for aubergine cream):
~ 1 large aubergine
~ 200g philadelphia
~ 15 small tomatoes
~ basil
~ onion-garlic
~ salt-pepper

Iniziamo lessando le patate.

• Preparation:

We start by boiling the potatoes.

[Ita] Quando le patate saranno cotte, sbucciatele e schiaciatele.

[Ita] Unire l'uovo e la farina. Impastare.

[Ita] Dividere in piccoli panetti e tagliare gli gnocchi grandi più o meno di 1cm.

[Ita] Togliere le due estremità della melanzana e sbucciarla a metà. Tagliarla a fette e poi a quadratini.(tenere sotto sale per 15 minuti).

[Eng] Remove the two ends of the aubergine and peel it in half. Cut it into slices and into small pieces (keep in salt for 15 minutes).

[Ita] Soffriggere la melanzana senza buccia con la cipolla e uno spicchio di aglio(da togliere). Poi aggiungere i pomodorini tagliati. Appena il tutto è cotto passarlo nel mix con la philadelphia, parmigiano e foglie di basilico, e tenerlo da parte.

[Eng] Fry the eggplant without peel with the onion and garlic (to remove). Then add the cut tomatoes. Then pass it in the blender with the philadelphia, parmigiano and basil.

[Ita] Fare lo stesso con la melanzana con la buccia. Poi aggiungere il composto precedente e amalgamare.

[Eng] Same with the aubergine with the peel. Then add the previous compound.

[Ita] Bollire l'acqua per gli gnocchi. Cuocere gli gnocchi e appena iniziano a salire sono cotti. Scolateli e aggiungeteli alla crema di melanzane aggiungere una spolverata di parmigiano ed ecco qui Gli Gnocchi alla crema di melanzane sono pronti.
