E voi le avete ingabbiate le vostre regine?
Utilizzando il metodo biologico, sono costretto al blocco di covata, ovvero la pratica in cui la regina vine ingabbiata per circa 24 giorni. In questo modo avremo la totalità delle larve schiuse e tutta la varroa in uno stato forense.
Gioca un ruolo molto importante la totale assenza di covata opercolata, dove insita la varroa che parassita la covata.
Le ho ingabbiate il 7 luglio e oggi dopo cinque giorni sono andato a controllare alcune casse a campione, per vedere se le mie belle regine stessero ancora bene.
