Ohhh my... Sanuki Udon is the best!! I haven't had it for long time.. over a year now. You made me miss Japan and eating Sanuki so much!! When it's getting hot towards summer, cold Udon noodles will be perfect. Thanks for sharing even with those tempras, great post!!
