200度鐵板熱力漢堡扒！
吃漢堡扒除了漢堡肉的質素重要之外，溫度熱力的保存也是很重要的考量，很多漢堡扒店也忽略了這一點。這間以讓客人把漢堡扒放在鐵板爐上，完全解決了這個問題，有事我去這間目標食店的目的。

One of the important criteria to determine the quality or delicious level of the hamburger steak is temperature of it. Some restaurants use pan for keeping warm and heat for the burger all over meal. This time, the target restaurant performs well by using table pan. Good job!

漢堡扒放在在錫紙上，店員開著了枱上的鐵板爐上，漢堡肉在熱力平均保溫下，避免吃到尾段因爲熱力減退，令到味道變得枯燥和肉質變硬。

The staff served the burger steak and switched on the pan. The burger was kept warm and the meat texture was still soft and wet with juice. No dry and hard at all.

雖然漢堡包不是超級高質，但是以一千円來說，有沙律菜、甜品、麵豉湯和白飯，後兩者還可以添食，也算不錯了。

Although the meat quality was the excellent one, for one thousand yen with salad, soup, rice and dessert that is good bargain.
