My Running Log 2019-04-10 < Last Workout With “SF-110” >　ランニング記録2019-04-10 <”SF-110”でのラストワークアウト>

Today is cold again. According to the weather forecast, this recurrence of cold is the last in this spring.
今日はまた寒くなりました。天気予報によれば、これが最後の寒の戻りだそうです。

Also today I went out for running after work. In addition to coldness, it was rainy a little in this evening. It was uncomfortable to run in the cold rain.
今日も仕事の後、ランニングをしましたが、寒さに加えて小雨も降っていました。冷たい雨の中で走るのは気持ちいいものではありません。

As I had to come back home early to receive a thing, I ran only 11km to finish today’s workout. Although the pace was not bad, I should have increased the pace a little more considering that the distance was so short.
早めに家に帰ってあるものを受け取らないといけなかったので、今日は11kmだけでワークアウトを終了しました。ペースは悪くはありませんでしたが、距離が短いことを考えるともう少しペースを上げるべきでした。

It is my new GPS watch, “Epson WristableGPS J-300” ! It can measure not only running distance and speed but also heart rate during running. In next workout, I will start using this new GPS watch.

So today’s workout was the last running with my old GPS watch “Epson WristableGPS SF-110”. As its battery capacity has increased due to repeated use over years, I decided to make a replacement purchase.
ですので、今日のワークアウトが、今のGPSウォッチ「Epson WristableGPS SF-110」で走る最後のランニングになりました。長年の使用でバッテリー容量が減ってしまったので、買い替えることにしたのです。
