お酒を飲んだ後に、そのままシメの本格的なうどんを食べることができるお店！

Musashino Udon 武蔵野うどん

in Fuchu Tokyo

If I was looking for Izakaya, I found this shop.
I thought that it would Udon shop.when I peeked inside, I entered because there were a lot of people drinking.

居酒屋を探していたら、このお店を発見！
最初はうどん屋かな？と思ったら、中を覗くと、お酒を飲んでる人がたくさんいたので入りました。

There were many interesting foods.

Kurozumi

It is a food mixed squid ink with salted fish squid.The taste is saltish!

料理は「なんだろう？」と思うものが結構ありました。

"黒ずみ"

イカの塩辛にイカ墨を混ぜたおつまみ。
味は塩辛っぽいです！

Fried Surikama

It is fish. It is paste and fried.The name of the fish is Nigisu.
It was delicious with a soft and simple taste!

"すりかま揚げ"

にぎすという魚をすり身にして揚げたもの。
柔らかくてシンプルな味で美味しかった！

Kakiage of white shrimp(Tempura)

Fried shrimp and vegetables.It's crispy.

"白海老のかき揚げ"

白海老と野菜を揚げたもの。
野菜の甘さが海老を引き立てていました。

Musashino mushroom Udon Mori

You can choose "Mori" or "Kaku".
"Mori" is a way to eat with cold udon on warm soup. "Kake" is a soup stocking on udon. Udon was thick and rigid, there was Kosi, there was a response to eat!
The mushrooms dish was also delicious with a lot of mushrooms.

"武蔵野きのこうどん もり"

"もり"か"かけ"か選べます。
"もり"は、温かいだし汁に冷たいうどんをつけて食べる食べ方。
"かけ"は、うどんの上にだし汁をかけたもの。
うどんは、太くて硬めで、コシがあって、食べ応えがありました！
きのこのつけ汁も、きのこがたくさん入っていて美味しかったです。

フードメニューも豊富ですし、お酒の種類もいろいろあります。
特に日本酒と焼酎が多かったです！

お爺さんたちが、二軒目でこちらのお店にきていて、シメにラーメンではなく、うどんを食べてて微笑ましかったです！
