Looks like Jiro Inspired Ramen!Jiro inspiration system is characterized by a large amount of noodles and boiled yams with a thick and thick seasoned pork bone soy sauce soup. The more the saying that "Jiro is not ramen, it is a food called Jiro," there are more enthusiastic fans than ramen.

見た目は、二郎インスパイア系のラーメン！
二郎インスパイア系は特徴として、濃厚で濃い味付けの豚骨醤油のスープに、大量の麺と茹でヤサイが盛られています。「二郎はラーメンにあらず、二郎という食べ物なり」という格言があるほど、熱狂的なファンが多いラーメンです。

がっつり系に見えるけど、スープには豚骨、鶏、マグロのアラなどを使っていて、無化調！
なのに濃厚なスープです。濃厚ながら飲み口がスムーズで、後味も優しい。
濃いめの味を食べたい時に、いいですね。

麺は太めの縮れ麺で、見た目より重たくなく、つるつると食べられ、コシも感じられます。
もやしたっぷりで最高。
チャーシューも脂がのってます！
