We're so glad to know you're using CoinGecko to track Steem Price!
To download the historical price of Steem/JPY, you can click on the "Historical Data" tab on the Steem page on Coingecko.com
https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/steem/historical_data/jpy
You can also down the CSV file for the data but scrolling all the way to bottom left and choose if you want to download in .csv or .xls
