“Pow Wow”
“Pow Wow” means gathering: Mawio’mi in the Mi’kmaq language. I was lost for words when I saw their dancing , drumming and singing. Wonderful ceremony. I want to see again. I created this cut paper art after going to a Pow wow and made a digitally processed version this time.

“パウワウ"は、ミグマ族の言葉で、集まり:マウイオミという意味である。彼らの踊り、ドラム、歌を見て言葉を失った。パウワウに行った後この切り絵を作成した。今回はデジタルバージョンを作った。

ミグマ族、はじめて聞きました。どこの国の方たちですか。華奢だけど、とっても勇敢と想像しました。
ミグマはカナダのファーストネーションで、東部のノバスコシア州の辺りがミグマの方たちが生まれ育った場所です。北海道のアイヌの方たちとの共通点がたくさんあって驚きばかりです！
なるほど、確かに。気候や風土は似てそうな気がしますので、おのずと風習なと共通な箇所がありそうですね。興味深いです＾＾ありがとうございます、少し賢くなりました！

少し自分で調べて観ましたが、カナダの一番東の地方の民族でしょうか？
