東京出身のシェフ平田明珠 (Meiju Hirata)さんは能登食材のポテンシャルの高さに惚れ込み、なんと七尾に移住しレストランを開業(´꒳`)The restaurant I visited yesterday was located in a complicated place and it's way is hard to find but I recommend it. The chef Hirata servers modern Itarian cuisine and he uses local ingridients a lot. The chef chose wine according to each dishes. Therefore, I drank eight kinds of wine in total. And I liked grilled whole onion with egg. It’s rich sweetness and juicey. The main dish was aged and grilled beef. It has nice flavor because it’s scented with straw.

能登牛ランプ藁焼き、のどぐろ、新玉葱と能登地卵のオーブン焼きなどなどワインペアリングで堪能！
少量ずつ多種頂き、結局8種類も(๑╹ω╹๑ )
