Chiba prefectural police and Fujitsu hold a joint workshop to improve the investigation ability in cryptocurrency〜千葉県警と富士通、仮想通貨での捜査能力向上のため合同研修会を開催〜

Chiba prefectural police and Fujitsu held a "workshop on virtual currency and block chain" to improve the ability to investigate crime over virtual currency.
As part of the "Cyber Security Partnership Agreement", the Chiba prefectural police are the representative of the agreement, the prefectural police are the first to conduct joint training on private currency with private companies.

Approximately 50 people including staff of the prefectural police and employees of the company participated in the workshop.
A lecture was given on examples of how to use virtual currency and its core technology "block chain" and crime cases that exploited virtual currency in recent years.

The prefectural police cyber crime chief manager chief said "I will hold workshops and continue to share know-how in the future".

仮想通貨をめぐる犯罪の捜査能力向上などにつなげようと、千葉県警と富士通は「仮想通貨とブロックチェーンに関する研修会」を開いた。 千葉県警が協定代表となっている「サイバーセキュリティパートナーシップ協定」の一環で、県警が民間企業と仮想通貨に関する合同研修を行うのは初めてだ。

研修会には、県警の担当者や同社社員ら約５０人が参加。
仮想通貨やその基幹技術となる「ブロックチェーン」の活用例や、近年の仮想通貨を悪用した犯罪事例などについての講演が行われた。

県警サイバー犯罪対策課長は「今後も研修会を開催し、ノウハウの共有を進めたい」と話している。
