That is a good idea to encourage people to bring the waste for recycling. In some countries when they do not do that you can see the garbage all around. It is a shame, because the talk about climate but do not think when we just through something on street.

Yes, I think he will buy chocolate candy with that gift certificate. He loves chocolate !!
There are many trash such as empty cans and plastic bottles on the streets in my town. I am planning to participate in activities such as picking up trash :)
