[Dev] Ubuntu ESMを有効にする

ubunuの期限が切れたために、新しい更新プログラムをインストールできないらしいが、

ESMを有効にするとできるらしい。

Ubuntu Account登録
https://ubuntu.com/pro

トークンを取得する。
https://ubuntu.com/pro/dashboard

ESMを有効
sudo ubuntu-advantage attach トークン
