Passing Grade Graduation Limit

The threshold for becoming a candidate for Civil Servants in Indonesia is very difficult and complicated. Many participants complained when participating in Basic Competency Selection, which must be able to score passing grades in 3 types of categories.

Where the General Intelligence Test (TIU) must be able to obtain a minimum score of 80, at least the National Insight Test (TWK) must be obtained 75, while in the Personal Characteristics Test (TKP), it must be able to obtain a value of 143.

If the number in the 3 categories of values ​​is at least 298. But when one or two categories of questions have a higher value, while one more category does not get a minimum threshold, then it is still considered not to pass or fall.

It was all felt by each participant who took the selection test for prospective civil servants in Indonesia, which left a lot of injuries and grief. They complained about the limited passing grade determined by the committee.

In almost every area and agency we hear, participants fall. Of the many participants who took the test, only a few people passed. If there are participants who take the exam in 1 day 1,000 people, it can be ascertained that only under 10 people have passed.

Will the selection committee change or decrease the passing grade, because the participants considered the passing grade too high. Or there are other solutions from the Republic of Indonesia National Civil Service Agency. Only time can answer that.
