Job Description / Responsibility
To execute plans and procedures for all IT service management and support business users ( Under Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft exchange)
Prepare, Install ,Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, workstation , Laptop, UPS, Printer, multifunctional printer,) related Hardware and software issues instantly.
Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup of various types of Smart Phone ( Blackberry, phone, iPod etc.) for top management with email facility.
Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operation system.
Strong analytical ability to find instant solution in Google, Blog, Forum, group or any other pages.
Must have knowledge on DHCP, AD, Windows server 2003, Linux, Windows XP/7
Must have knowledge on PHP, MySQL, and coding experience.
To defined business specifications that meet defined quality and reliability standards within agreed time scales and resource estimates.
Ensure maintenance of all local infrastructure components is co-ordinate to establish an environment as prescribed by solution architectures.
Ensure that the Infrastructure comprising of the all LAN cabling, WAN, modems, Hubs, Routers, Servers and desktop computers at all company locations are operational and accessible to users during all working hours.
Play a key role in augmenting achievable synergy in respect of providing guidance, consultancy and resources for common infrastructure maintenance.
Provide field level support and training to user management.
Develop staff and raise standards and contribute to the general direction of IT to present a professional department focusing on business and strategic issues which create good customer satisfaction
Advise and assist the business functions to exploit IT and ensure alignment of the business and IT strategies.
Liaise with IT resource (responsible for training) by identifying user needs, developing training programs, acting as faculty in training sessions for users to help them use IT resources productively.
Develop and test Contingency plans for Infrastructure and Operating System failures, train IT human resources and key users in Disaster Recovery. Develop and monitor backup procedures. Co-lead Disaster Recovery team during recovery.
Identify, develop and manage external service providers to ensure acceptable Help desk Services. Ensure superior level support to Help Desk calls, analyze them and take corrective/preventive measures.
Installation Configuration & Setup of various types of Smart Phone.
Monthly Bill Process of Internet & Data Connectivity of all Business Unit.
ISS Purchase requisition, Purchase Order & PM Module Maintenance.
Installation, Configuration, Setup & Troubleshooting of customized software (E.G: Fast React, GSD, Gerber Technology, Orgatex, SAP, OPTITEX, Accomack, Infinity).
Vendor management, talk to vendors and stake holder and solve any problem arise.
