Judgments and your thoughts
Pause when you realize you are judging others or yourself. When you can leave your expectations from everyone and around the world, how can you feel when you accept people as they are and see them as they are? Maybe you'il be a little more relaxed.
When you leave your expectations shaped by your judgment and your thoughts, you leave control. When your mind accepts that you do not have to control everything, all that is happening, the comfort comes spontaneously. Does that mean we can't change anything?
No, only when things don't go the way we want to be angry, anger, eating ourselves, suffering, we know that life can have plans B and that we need to have a little more confidence in ourselves and life.
We constantly strive for the control of others, ourselves, the world around us. Goals, planning, measuring / weighing our business, expectations and more. So in short, trying to control many things. Control is an illusion every time we exaggerate.
It is also a way of closing ourselves into life. Because no matter how much we want, we cannot control life and the future, the course of events can change at any time. What if we give up this control? Probabilities begin to open.
