Saturday with my sister
Today Diana will be taking the karate test for another belt which would be the blue one.
Kids opened the day with their spirit and youth. They range from 4-5 years old till about 12 years. The kids gracefully follow the moves that with practice and experience will become to the perfect state. Constant practice and equally effort will make them progress through the different belts and getting closer to be a black belt a common goal among them.
The benefits extends far from exercise because they learn to be disciplined and other values, their group become a friend's network that also support them in life.
I'm happy to see my lil sister enjoy the benefits of such a nice sport and way of facing life and the only thing I can do is come and support her and be a witness of the process.
