She’s stranded on life’s journey,
But she hitchhikes it,
Never looking behind
Because she likes it.
.
Patriarchy tries to hold her down,
Emboldened she strikes it,
Makes her voice heard,
Because she likes it.
She has a mountain of debt,
Fearlessly she hikes it,
Challenging destiny,
Because she likes it
The brain acts all crazy,
Meditatively she psychs it,
Overcoming herself,
Because she likes it.
