KillerPix #35 Sand - Storm at Head Of the Meadow
I call this one: The Calm Before The Storm, on Head Of The Meadow Beach.
For two reasons. One, the coming storm in the north, heading towards us.
... and two:
By the end of the Month, it will be hard to find a moment when nobody is in the picture: Summer's Coming.
By Mid July, it will be hard to find a bit of sand to get comfy on! Tens of thousands of Tourists are coming!
See that line of black, middle of the picture, where the Sand meets the sky?
That's about 100 or so Seals, hauling out of the cold ocean to warm up in the sun on the sand.

Cape Cod in summer is far from calm, indeed. I hope those seals have time to escape!
Those seals get their own Beach Attendants, soon.
Usually around June 15th, National Seashore sends a Ranger there every day at low tide, to keep the i̶d̶i̶o̶t̶s̶tourists away. Mainly to keep the tourists from getting bitten by seals. It cuts down on paperwork and EMT calls to the ambulances.
